Copy and photos for the website can be sent to hthayden@att.net
Please indicate which page you would like the copy or photo to go on.
Committee chairs and members who wish their contact information be included
on their committee page can also send their request, and the e-mail address they
wish to use and/or their phone number.
I will not include any contact information for anyone without their personal
request that I do so.
Please put Lawrence Barn in the subject line of your e-mail.
Copy is preferred in electronic form, rather than paper, as it can be simply
copied and pasted into the website without the risk of transcription errors.
Either type copy into the body of an e-mail, or type copy in your Notepad
program (in your Accessories Folder) and send to me as an e-mail
attachment.
Photos can be either electronic or paper. Paper photos will be returned to you.
With electronic photos, bigger is better than smaller. If the files are too big
for the web, I will reduce them. If the electronic photos are too small, there
is nothing I can do to increase their size. If you think a file is too big,
generally, if you can send it, I can receive it.
Most of the larger photos I put up are 8 inches wide at 72dpi.
I do have cropping and photo-editing capability, if your photo needs editing. In
such cases, larger is better than smaller.
If your digital camera or scanner creates a file with an extension other than
jpg, please use your photo editing program to re-save it as a jpg,
otherwise, I may not be able to open it.........Helena
